What is the return policy?
We hope you love your order from us! If you do need to return your item, you have 28 days from the day after your order is delivered to request a refund.
The returned items must arrive back with us within 14 days after requesting your refund. After this timeframe, we may not be able to offer .you a full refund. In certain circumstances we may be able to offer you a credit note. This is at the discretion of the vendor and is valid for one year from the date of issue.
Items must be returned in an unused, new condition Items must be returned with their original tags. If items are rejected upon inspection of the return, they will be returned back to you and a refund will not be issued.

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. For the UK, Please allow up to 5 working days to receive your order unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Some items may have longer shipment times so please check the product description. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. For delivery times for other countries and regions, please refer to our international delivery section.
International delivery information
We offer international delivery to various countries stated below. We will be increasing our destination list in the coming months. Please note: for international returns, shipping costs must be covered by the buyer and the same returns policy applies as for the UK.
