Returns & Exchanges

UK Returns & exchanges:

We hope you love your order from us! If you do need to return your item, you have 28 days from the day after your order is delivered to request a refund.

The returned items must arrive back with us within 14 days after requesting your refund. After this timeframe, we may not be able to offer .you a full refund. In certain circumstances we may be able to offer you a credit note. This is at the discretion of the vendor and is valid for one year from the date of issue.

Items must be returned in an unused, new condition Items must be returned with their original tags. If items are rejected upon inspection of the return, they will be returned back to you and a refund will not be issued.

International Returns and exchanges: 

We can accept international returns & exchanges however the buyer must pay for the item to be shipped back to the UK.
For exchanges, the buyer will also need to pay for the shipping of the replacement item.
